This website, kickupthebackside.com, is run by Victoria Tombs, trading as Kick Up The Backside, based in the Isle of Man. If you have any questions, email [email protected].
What I collect
When you sign up, I collect your first name, last name and email address. If you join The Kick Up The Backside Club on Facebook, I may also see your answers to the membership questions.
Why I collect it
I use your details to send you your group invite, a short series of follow-up emails, and occasional helpful emails about the Club. I'll never sell your details.

Who else handles it
Your details are stored and emailed through my marketing platform, Traffic Rockets, and its email provider. My website and email are hosted by Hostinger. The Club runs on Facebook, which is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as you're on my mailing list. If you unsubscribe, I'll stop emailing you and delete your details on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Just email [email protected]. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner, or to the ICO if you're in the UK.
